If you have placed an order with PLE Health you can check the current status of your order by using the following procedure.
First - Your order status should have been emailed to you, and it should be in your email inbox. However, if you have not yet received an email with your order status, do the following steps:
- Open your email account associated with your PayPal account and check your inbox.
- Next, check your SPAM folder.
If you do not see an email from us in either of those places you can enter your email below and a new order status email will be sent to you.
Please note:
- Order History summaries do not include post-shipping transactions such as returns or price-adjustments.
- At this time we cannot provide tracking information via the website; you will receive your order tracking code via email.
- If you have a question about your order, or would like to make changes to your order, you can contact our Customer Service Team by visiting our contact page. You should recieve an email from us within 24-48 hours.
