Free Shipping Details
Our free shipping offer is valid for qualified purchases meeting the $99 minimum purchase price. Offer is valid only for ground shipping option. Free shipping offers only apply to orders within the continental 48 states. Minimum dollar amount must be met before adding shipping and tax on a single order. Discount is automatically applied during the checkout process.
Never a Handling Fee
While some online retailers have used shipping and handling charges as a major profit center, (and thus passing the costs on to you), Positive Life Energy will never charge you a handling fee. We offer the finest health and wellness products on the web and we work hard to offer you the lowest shipping costs possible.
What does the shipping fee cover?
Your shipping fee covers handling, shipping, repackaging, distribution and tracking as well as administrative processing.
What is the difference between Standard and Express?
With Standard Shipping, your order will usually arrive in 7-10 days.

Return Policy
FOB / Return Policy
Freight on Board Shipping Point. FOB is a term commonly used when shipping goods, to indicate the point at which the responsibility and ownership of the goods transfers from the shipper (Positive Life Energy) to the buyer. Specifically, the shipper's (Positive Life Energy) responsibility for the product is transferred to the buyer when shipper (Positive Life Energy) can show proof that postage or courier cost was paid for and delivery was made to the shipping point (USPS, Fed-Ex, etc.).
Even though Positive Life Energy may not be liable for customer's lost or delayed shipments, we are happy to participate in insuring you receive your orders in good condition and in a timely manner. After an appropriate shipping time has passed (see Lost/delayed Shipments below) and customers have not received their order, Positive Life Energy will work with you to remedy the situation. Positive Life Energy's participation and compensation will be on a case-by-case basis depending on the size of the order and its destination. However as a policy, Positive Life Energy will generally offer to reship a Lost/Delayed shipment at a reduced price, with customer paying for shipping costs.
Lost and delayed shipment.All Positive Life Energy orders are generally shipped within three business days from the date an order was received. Based on your selected method of shipping (USPS, Fed-Ex, etc), please allow the appropriate time for your order to reach you (i.e. three business days + shipping days = expected delivery time). International orders can take up to three weeks depending upon the method of shipment.
If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time we recommend you contact our Customer Care Department by filling out the Contact Us form.

Return Policy
Positive Life Energy offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all its products for 30 days from receipt of goods. Upon notification, Positive Life Energy will refund your entire purchase price and arrange for return of merchandise. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. All items must be returned in the original containers. Returns require an RMA Number. To request an RMA Number simply contact our Customer Service Team by filling out the Contact Us form.
If you purchased a product from Positive Life Energy and are not satisfied, you can return the product by following the below procedures and policies:
- First, conact our Customer Service Team at cs@positive-life-energy.com to request an RMA number.
- It is at the discretion of Positive Life Energy to charge a restocking fee for damaged or improperly repackaged returns. Please make sure all returns are in the same condition as you received them.
- Products must be returned to Positive Life Energy in new condition within 30 days of receipt of goods.
- Please include a letter to Positive Life Energy indicating the problem or dislike with the product. If you placed your order online, please include a copy of the original order as well as your RMA number.
- The customer is responsible for the all return shipping charges for the product.
- Upon receiving the product, Positive Life Energy will refund your credit card for the cost of the product within 10-14 business days. Unfortunately, the shipping and handling fees will not be refunded as it has already been used by the shipping carrier.
- All returns MUST be verified in advance by Positive Life Energy and have an RMA number.
- There will be a 5% Credit Card Refund Charge for all returns.
- We cannot refund the cost of your order unless credit card information is sent with the returned product. Please include Credit Card Number, Expiration date, and billing address including zip code along with your RMA number. Thank you.
Damaged shipments
Positive Life Energy does not ship damaged product. If the product you receive is damaged:
- Accept delivery and WRITE ON DELIVERY RECEIPT THE NUMBER of damaged boxes.
- Keep damaged products for future inspection by shipping agent.
- Make an appointment with the shipping company to have the damaged products inspected.
- File a claim with the shipping company, as the responsibility for compensation of a damaged shipment is with the shipping company.

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from the Positive Life Energy International entity named on the invoice ("Positive Life Energy") that will be provided to you ("Customer") on orders for products sold in the United States and abroad. By accepting delivery of the products described on that invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (i) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE FORMAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH POSITIVE LIFE ENERGY IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR (ii) UNLESS OTHER POSITIVE LIFE ENERGY STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Positive Life Energy's sole discretion.
- Other Documents. These terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and Positive Life Energy.
- Governing Law. THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES THEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEVADA OR ANY STATE OF POSITIVE LIFE ENERGY'S CHOOSING IN WHICH POSITIVE LIFE ENERGY DOES BUSINESS, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.
- Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest. Terms of payment are within Positive Life Energy's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Positive Life Energy payment must be received by Positive Life Energy prior to Positive Life Energy's acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Positive Life Energy. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Positive Life Energy may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon Positive Life Energy until accepted by Positive Life Energy. Any quotations given by Positive Life Energy will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the rate allowed by law.
- Shipping Charges and Taxes. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on Positive Life Energy's invoice(s). Unless Customer provides Positive Life Energy with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Positive Life Energy's acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated, except for Positive Life Energy's franchise taxes and taxes on Positive Life Energy's net income. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on Positive Life Energy's invoice.
- Title; Risk of Loss. Title to products passes from Positive Life Energy to Customer on shipment from Positive Life Energy's facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping is Customer's responsibility. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).
- Warranties, Disclaimers. POSITIVE LIFE ENERGY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF' MECHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
